Buzziboy is dedicated to be a kid’s heaven on the Internet where nothing seems to be safe nowadays. Consequently, Buzziboy tolerates no adult-centric topics on its site and takes the utmost care to keep the portal smut-free. 2. We do not display any content on the site which is offensive to kids. The information supplied by you in order to access Buzziboy Services, or the information provided by you in order to join as a registered member of Buzziboy.com portal shall not be passed on to any third party (which deals in content or matter deemed offensive for kids). 2. Buzziboy provides details of items on BuzziMart – these can be bought online. In order to make the transaction hassle-free, even after placing an order the customer is entitled to 2 hrs of decision-making in which time the customer can cancel the order. The press button indicating ‘send me this’ has a disabling feature that is effective for 2 hrs, after which time, the order is considered placed and is forwarded for requisite processing, leading to dispatch of the ordered items to the customer’s address specified in the transaction. 2. Within 10 days of making an order if we do not receive cheque, an e-mail will be sent to the buyer. The customer is required to send the cheque within 4 days of the dispatch of the e-mail. Within which period if the cheque is not received, the order will be cancelled with no obligation to anybody. -:Refund Policy:- 1. Every online transaction is a matter of trust between the buyer and the seller. Buzziboy respects its clientele by promising to replace or refund any defective item, however under the following terms: 2. a. You shall send a mail to customercare@buzziboy.com within 2 hours of the receipt of the defective item. The delivery time for this purpose shall be cross-verified with the timing mentioned in the courier POD. b. You shall ensure that the defective item is delivered at <<Buzziboy address>>, within 4 days of your receipt of the said defective item. c. In case of non-adherence to any or both of the aforesaid 2 stipulations, Buzziboy shall not be liable to replace the defective item. d. Should you adhere to the conditions mentioned in points 1 and 2, Buzziboy shall replace the defective item(s) within 7 days of receipt of the said defective item(s) at its office mentioned in point 2 above. 3. You acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions in full details and accept them in totality.
